All of the folks at U Santini Made our move smooth and easy! My husband and I signed our lease with exactly one week to pack and move (locally, about 3 miles) A bunch of folks from a local organization recommended U Santini and we could not be happier to pass that recommendation on to others. They organized a video walkthrough of our current space to get a sense of the scale and what items we were taking and communicated the estimate quickly. The team texted us the morning of with estimated arrival time (they arrived exactly at the minute they said they would). We had John, Mike, and Salin moving our 1 bedroom apartment and they were absolute experts, packing our furniture with care and speed while also directing traffic around the truck. They were all incredibly friendly, managed to get our king sized mattress down a very cramped stairwell and took some extra boxes on the truck with them that didn’t fit in our vehicle. They finished the job in four hours (way under the estimate), treated all of our items with upmost care, and set everything up exactly as we wanted. They also made sure to call once the truck got back to the company to check in and make sure everything went smoothly since the move went quicker than expected. We will definitely be using them for any future moves and recommending them to everyone we know!

I never thought I would say that moving was easy, but they really made it feel easy. They were on time, professional, communicative, and speedy! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time hiring professional movers and it was a game-changer. Team Sosa helped with my move (huge shout-out to Super Mario!!!!) and they were unbelievable. My family has been using U. Santini for years, and I’ve now used them myself twice. They’ve been exceptional every time. The whole process is easy from start to finish. Everyone I’ve worked with to organize the move has been helpful and responsive, and on moving day the crews come ready to work. They’re efficient, careful, meticulous with your belongings, and always seem to have exactly the right number of people to get everything done smoothly. Super Mario, Andres, Luis, and Gabino helped me with my move today, and they were fantastic. They were so kind, hardworking, and willing to help with absolutely anything I needed. Nothing felt like too much trouble — they just took care of it. Moving can be stressful, but U. Santini makes the process feel organized and manageable. This was my first time using movers in NYC and I’ll never look at their competitors for any future moves. U. Santini went above and beyond to help us move. From the initial consultation with Charles to moving day with Luis and Toni, everything was great. Our movers were absolutely phenomenal, nice, efficient and punctual. U. Santini operates under an hourly based structure which is so much better and more flexible than a per item move. No pressure tactics and just professional. Stop looking and just hire them.

I have used many movers, but never used the same company more than once because I'd never had a great experience until U Santini. They have just completed our third move and I would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Charles was amazing in helping us scope the move. On move-in day, Mario, Luis, and Ray moved us from a 1BR ground-floor apartment to a 3BR on the 4th floor, and they made what could’ve been a stressful day completely painless. They were incredibly efficient while still being careful with every piece of furniture and box. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. Could not have asked for a better crew!

Did a pack and move with U Santini recently. John and his crew were excellent. All of my stuff (including some large wine fridges and a lot of glassware) were handled carefully. The whole team was very friendly. The job took less time than the estimate, which was a good surprise!
