I’ve done plenty of business with U Santini Moving & Storage and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They show up on time, move items quickly with no damage to the unit, and leave the space clean. If you have a move coming up, U Santini is who you need to call.

First time using U. Santini and we had a really great experience. Everyone was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The team handled our fragile items carefully and packed up the apartment in a surprisingly short amount of time. It was clear they had a good system and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Parking was awful that day because of nearby road construction, but they somehow found a spot quickly and handled the whole thing without needing us to get involved which we really appreciated. Shoutout to Charles for being our point of contact and making communication easy, and to John, Anthony, Mike, Issam, and Salin for all the hard work. They made moving day much less stressful than we expected. We’ll definitely be recommending U santini to all our friends!

Couldn’t recommend our experience with USantini more. Charles in the office, then Mario and his crew (Andrew, Luis, and Anthony Peru) were efficient, quick and polite. From the first moment, I felt confident and comfortable having them handle my belongings. Our move was quite straightforward and we had pre packed basically everything, so it was just a matter of bringing things down, and then bringing them up to the new apartment. They arrived in old place by 9 and were completely done at the new place by 12. They had originally estimated 6hrs, so we were pleased it was much faster than that. Even though moving is always stressful, I didn’t feel any stress during the actual moving part, as it was all so easy. Will recommend U Santini to every friend and loved one that moves, and I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Had a great move with U Santini! I did a local full-service move of a 1-bed apartment for ~$1200. Super easy to schedule an in-person estimate, and my total ended up being lower than the estimate. My moving team (Mario, Andres and Antony) were efficient and packed all my things with care, wrapping all my furniture and disassembling+reassembling my bed frame. Highly recommend!! I've never had an easier move.

All of the folks at U Santini Made our move smooth and easy! My husband and I signed our lease with exactly one week to pack and move (locally, about 3 miles) A bunch of folks from a local organization recommended U Santini and we could not be happier to pass that recommendation on to others. They organized a video walkthrough of our current space to get a sense of the scale and what items we were taking and communicated the estimate quickly. The team texted us the morning of with estimated arrival time (they arrived exactly at the minute they said they would). We had John, Mike, and Salin moving our 1 bedroom apartment and they were absolute experts, packing our furniture with care and speed while also directing traffic around the truck. They were all incredibly friendly, managed to get our king sized mattress down a very cramped stairwell and took some extra boxes on the truck with them that didn’t fit in our vehicle. They finished the job in four hours (way under the estimate), treated all of our items with upmost care, and set everything up exactly as we wanted. They also made sure to call once the truck got back to the company to check in and make sure everything went smoothly since the move went quicker than expected. We will definitely be using them for any future moves and recommending them to everyone we know!

Everyone I’ve worked with to organize the move has been helpful and responsive, and on moving day the crews come ready to work. This was my first time using movers in NYC and I’ll never look at their competitors for any future moves. U. Santini went above and beyond to help us move. From the initial consultation with Charles to moving day with Luis and Toni, everything was great. Our movers were absolutely phenomenal, nice, efficient and punctual. U. Santini operates under an hourly based structure which is so much better and more flexible than a per item move. No pressure tactics and just professional. Stop looking and just hire them.
