David Menchini himself came to my previous apartment twice prior to the move. David takes a personalized approach to each of his clients and makes each of us feel like we’re all family.

Pre Move Out:
David himself dropped off all moving materials to my door. My organizer, her assistant and I immediately began packing up whatever wasn’t already packed.

Moving Day:
Devonte (foreman) & the 3 other gentlemen were as friendly as they were fast, very careful and efficient! They even managed to make me (human ball of anxiety!) laugh out loud several times. They removed items from the walls and disassembled several items for me.

When we all arrived at my new apartment, these gentlemen took the time to move all furniture around until each piece was precisely in place.

Note:I have 3 herniated discs in my back after a 20 year career as a professional dancer, so I am limited in what I can lift, push, etc.

Absolutely! We offer various types of insurance to protect your belongings, including a full replacement option. The cost depends on how much your things are worth and the deductible you choose.

It’s a good idea to book your moving company at least 8 weeks before your move. If you’re moving during the holidays or in the summer, it’s best to schedule it 12 weeks ahead. But if your move is between September and May, you can often book movers with just 2 weeks’ notice. The key is to secure your moving crew as soon as you have all the details about your move.

Weekdays, particularly Tuesday or Wednesday, are often the best days to schedule your move. These days typically see lower demand for moving services, meaning you might secure better rates and more flexible time slots. Additionally, traffic tends to be lighter during weekdays compared to weekends, which can help reduce travel time and stress. U.Santini is open weekdays from 7:30 am to 5 pm to best serve you.
